2013 W Motors proposes first supercar from Middle East

W Motors S.A.L launched their design proposal for a series of exclusive supercars in a high profile event in Beirut, Lebanon recently. Founded by Ralph R Debbas, the young entrepreneur has allied W Motors with well established auto industry design firms Magna Steyr Torino, RUF Automobile Germany and Studiotorino.

750 PS (740 bhp / 552 kW) twin-turbo flat 6-cylinder in the mid-rear position. 0 to 100 km/h is estimated to be 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 385 km/h (240 mph).

Plans call for two different lines of vehicles, the Hyper-sport and Super-sport. Targeted to "elite" clientele from the Middle East, Far East, Africa and Eastern European markets, the Hyper-Sport will be limited to five units.

The Hyper-sport W will be unveiled in Dubai December this year followed by the public launch at the Qatar Motor Show in January 2013. First deliveries are expected to start by end of 2013.
