The freshly launched Abarth 595 Turismo and the 595 Competizione are available in both coupe and convertible body styles featuring the more powerful 160hp version of the turbocharged 1.4-liter T-Jet petrol engine from the 500 Essesse.
The Turismo model is priced from £17,725 adding a variety of features such as an interior package with leather seats and sport pedals, automatic climate control, Xenon headlamps and 17-inch wheels.
The more expensive 595 Competizione starts at £18,725 adding a similar suite of upgrades plus Sabelt sport seats and a Monza sports exhaust.
"While the Abarth 500 is positioned as an entry point for customers to gain access to the brand, the 595 models will now allow customers to progress or renew their Abarth experience and will also attract new drivers to the marque," said says Ivan Gibson, head of Abarth in the UK.
The base 140hp model of the series is the 500 Abarth that gains extra standard equipment and a £500 lower price at £13,975 for the 2013MY.
